Simple guarantee- If the dahlia tuber doesn't have an eye that sprouts. I will replace or refund. The rest is up to you and your abilities to grow a dahlia tuber. :) There are many ways to store and grow dahlias and I can't and will not guarantee your methods. You are responsible for that. I am responsible for selling you a wonderful eyed dahlia tuber!!! :) Happy Growing!!!
